Cancellation Policy

 Due to the number of last minute cancellations all bookings require a 25% non-refundable deposit to secure the appointment.   The cost of this will be deducted from your treatment price on attendance of your appointment. Clients who wish to change or cancel appointments are requested to provide at least 48 hours notice, Failure to receive this I will retain deposit as a cancellation fee. If this happens on more than one occasion you will need to repay in full for any treatments.

 I reserve the right to charge for the full price of appointments cancelled less than 48 hours beforehand  

Cancellation & Lateness

 I do my very best to fit my clients into my busy schedule where possible, however I cannot always get clients in at their preferred time. Please take this into consideration when booking and changing appointments. 

 Whilst every effort is made to keep on time, everyone is running late at some point in life. Late arrival may affect the quality of the treatment I have to offer. I regret that it may be necessary to treat appointments as cancelled if the client arrives more than thirty minutes late and the client will incur further costs to re book .

 I may request pre-payment for services if you’ve been late for several appointments. I reserve the right to charge the full price of appointments that are missed due to Client lateness
